Question   Start-up which during the past twelve years pioneered very successfully with innovative e-learning products. Meanwhile there is a staff of 80 people. The entrepreneurs/shareholders find that they are more and more occupied with day-to-day operations, whereas their strength lies in their creativity and the development of a second generation of products. Also there is the need for new capital. Growth is stagnant while there is an ambition to further expand the concern internationally. Key products sooner become mature and fully developed owing to the competition, with the result that prices are put under pressure. There are also issues "under the water surface".  Please read on.
